Do your health courses provide hands-on learning experiences to strengthen your majors’ CHES competencies? Does the community view your majors as health resources? This session will present practical campus and community-based assignments designed to build students’ resumes and allow application of health knowledge. Examples of project assignments will be available from Consumer Health, Nutrition, Drug Education, Environmental Health, and Program Planning courses. Learn how to improve your curriculum, emphasize problem-based learning, and enhance student development.
