			This workshop will provide a minimum of 10 lesson plans to group fitness instructors of Baby Boomers or older adults.  Cardio, strengthening, resistance, and balance exercises that are not only a must, but fun too, are included.  Also demonstrated will be minimum choreography to encourage male clients, who are often difficult to recruit for group fitness.
