Preventing and reducing underage drinking and alcohol abuse at any age is now a national priority in the United States. Students using alcohol and drugs can lead to high-risk behaviors and decrease quality of life. This session will address how community coalitions, university / high school programs, and parental education regarding youth drug use may reduce opportunities for alcohol abuse by targeting environmental influences that provide easy access to adolescents and college students.
