Teaching the Physical Science Subdisciplines of Kinesiology in Undergraduate Curriculum |
This session will promote an interactive discussion of key aspects of teaching undergraduate biomechanics, exercise physiology, motor development and motor learning among members of the three physical sciences academies. The three session foci will be 1) identifying the content standards and learning outcomes for each area, 2) sharing best practices in active learning experiences, and 3) implementing authentic assessment of the standards and outcomes to ensure achievement among undergraduate students. |
