Soccer as a Tool for Global Social Change |
The Ohio University - Play Soccer Partnership provides a significant exchange of cultures among the United States and Ghana, Senegal and South Africa. The Urban Soccer Collaborative is comprised of non-profit organizations that use soccer to affect positive youth development, in which Xavier University is a founding member. Both authors will outline how these relationships have evolved and will present programming ideas designed to help us meet the social and health needs of participants.
