The promotion of alcohol and the prevalence of alcohol consumption and intoxication can be of great concern in identifying risk management and initiatives. This presentation identifies and discusses issues including notable court cases [Bearman v. University of Notre Dame (1983) and Verni v. Lanzaro (2005)], dram shop laws, guidelines, social host liability, and effective forms of risk management. |
