Mental Training - Bridging the Gap Between Theory and Application |
There is currently a gap between theory and application of sports psychology for the average coach. Ideas will be presented for practically applying a successful mental training program with techniques that can be easily be used by coaches and athletes on a daily basis to bridge the gap between mental training theory and practice. Attendees will take home ideas they may immediately implement to develop and enhance mental capabilities and to increase physical performance. |
