Simplifying Employee Health Promotion: A Cooperative Paradigm for Smaller Schools |
Our faculty/staff wellness program has evolved from providing limited seminars and classes to a university-wide healthy lifestyle support paradigm targeted for faculty, staff, and their families. This seminar will present our adaptation of a small business model for health promotion to our university and local K-12 school culture, including resource assessment, strategy selection, practical implementation suggestions, evaluation plans for limited data availability, and resources appropriate for K-12 schools and universities. |
