As global economies continue to mirror each other during economic stress;what role will sport management play as we prepare a new generation of graduates? Will graduates be prepared to lead sport organizations internationally? Sport Management scholars will present papers describing Sport Management as an academic discipline.Issues addressed include; sport management curriculum, academic location, faculty leadership, program philosophy, internship focus, student placement, program accreditation, and unique program position in their respective countries.
