Diversifying the Academy |
This session is designed to engage in stimulating dialogue on cultural, ethnic, and linguistic diversity in Kinesiology-Physical Education (KPE) programs in the U.S. and provide opportunities, insight, and access to students of color in pursuing careers in the professorate. The session will begin with a discussion of diversity in U.S. KPE programs and conclude with small group discussions focused on providing opportunities for students to interact with individuals from KPE graduate programs. |
