Perceptions of Dual Roles in Teaching and Coaching |
This presentation is one result of AAHPERD’s 2009 NASPE Town Hall meeting and discussion on the perceived bias of PETE faculty and programs against coaching education for their students. A SSC survey was suggested to assess the perceptions of these dual roles and existing pedagogy as well as the current direction of PETE curricula and coaching for future professionals. The results of this survey will be presented and may help clarify some of these issues. |
