Fitness for Life: Elementary School |
This session for elementary and district level physical educators describes the new Fitness for Life: Elementary School program, a comprehensive package for delivering meaningful physical activity K-6 students while they learn important lessons about health-related fitness. As with the widely-adopted middle and high school Fitness for Life programs, Fitness for Life: Elementary School focuses on developmentally appropriate, standards-based lessons and activities designed to lead students to lifelong health and fitness. |
