Power Walking |
This session will take participants onto the streets of downtown Indy for a power walk. For fifty minutes, sightsee while reaching your target heart rate. Bring good walking shoes, your ID, and a bottle of water. We'll begin with a dynamic stretch and upon return experience a thorough cool-down. |
