| The coach is constantly seeking knowledge and wisdom to improve team success on the field. However, meeting the demands of coaching may limit opportunities for personal and professional development. This hands-on, interactive session will identify methods for developing leadership skills through an online program. In addition, this session will demonstrate the leadership components of a proven online program and discuss reflective responses received from coaches completing the program. |
