Wellness: The Total Package |
Achieving balance is the overall goal to everyday living, function, and outlook and is attained through high levels of understanding and being active in each of eight dimensions of wellness. This session will discuss an approach to using these dimensions in determining overall wellness levels and achieving goals for behavior change. We will apply a multi-dimensional view of wellness that includes these eight components: physical, mental, social, spiritual, intellectual, environmental, occupational, and financial. |
