Grey Matters: A Practical Approach to Coaching Ethics |
Sport participation provides a unique opportunity for physical, emotional and social development. However, sport participation alone isn’t enough for growth. Positive development hinges on the guidance of key adults. While most strive to do the right thing and to provide good examples, ethical issues in sport are not always easy to negotiate. This workshop will encourage dialogue and explore ethical grey areas in sport to help participants better understand how to handle tough situations. |
