Training Your Athletes to be Mentally Tough |
For athletes to be mentally tough, they need to be taught mental skills and tools. Coaches report they either don’t know the value of, don’t have a knowledge of, and/or have difficulty knowing how to present mental training for athletes.
This session includes a comprehensive mental training program with handouts ready for coaches to use with athletes. Materials field-tested with middle school, high school and college coaches and athletes assure a practical application for attendees.
