Mentoring Women within International Sport Organizations |
The study broadened mentoring research by contributing information with regard to mentoring women within international sport organizations. Participants were chosen based on their influence on policy, research, and study of women within international sport organizations. Results concluded that mentoring played a big role in the success of these women. This study provides other women with the opportunity to apply the concepts of mentoring in helping young women to excel within sport globally. |
