| The NDA Board of Directors will pilot a Leadership in Dance Program (LDP) for current and potential officers in dance education at the state, district, and national levels. The LDP, will help participants to develop personal and professional leadership competencies to:
Effectively build or strengthen organizational capacity for school and community dance programs.
Create a strong dance support group/coalition and motivate colleagues to contribute.Effectively advocate for quality dance programs at a variety of levels (local, state, district, and/or national).
