CEU OPPORTUNITY: A discussion of the legal principles behind negligence law, as they may pertain to recreational and sports injuries, including the concepts of duty, breach of duty, casual connection, and resulting injuries. Also discussed will be the question of liability insurance, and who is responsible to defend and pay lawsuits. This will be followed by audience questions and discussion. |
