Pearson Prentice Hall: Pruitt’s Pyramid for Differentiating Health Instruction
B.E. Pruitt discusses the importance of alternating “passive” teaching methods and those that actively engage students. Then, Pruitt’s Pyramid will be presented as a tool for determining how you can best reach your students. Emphasis will be given to teaching to all learning styles and engaging students in their own health education through purposeful experiences.
