| This presentation explains the benefits of using technology, such as heart rate monitors, fitness assessment systems and hand-held computers in physical education. Participants will discover how to use this technology to objectively assess student and class fitness levels while exploring ways to track progress and gain improvement recommendations. This workshop will introduce participants to assessment technology for PE, explain how to implement the technology, and show how to use the reports generated to communicate health benefits to students |
