| All physical education teacher educators are invited to come together to celebrate their profession. Luncheon will be followed by a ceremony honoring the PETE programs that were approved for national recognition in 2006 according to the NASPE Initial or Advanced PETE Standards. The PETE Honor Award will be given to Dr. Larry Locke, professor emeritus, University of Massachusetts, Amherst for his exemplary research and work in PETE. After the certificates and The award have been presented, the luncheon will feature an address by Dr. Judy Rink. |
