MASSPEC Day: Secondary TOYs Present: NASPE NASCAR Pitcrew Creating Peak Performance!!
The Secondary Teachers of the Year take you to another level of fitness using a NASCAR speedway theme. This session shares best practices and NASPE Standards-based lessons with wheels of fun and fitness. Drivers start your engine, open up your carburetor, rev that engine, and tap your tachometer and gauges! Check yourself handling innovative activities that condition; participate in test runs of drills and obstacles; challenge yourself with the higher performance WAVE; tune the purrrrfect engine; and dance your heart out with celebration in Victory Lane. All this banking into the purse and trophy of health and skill-related fitness!
