Certain factors have remained almost constant; most fitness/exercise, coaching professionals are white and/or without specific training in the design and implementation of culturally appropriate programs. This panel addresses very specific recommendations concerning what ALL professionals and scholars can do to optimize the positive impact of sport and exercise programs among racial diverse groups across the lifespan. |
