Obesity in Hispanic Children
This session will focus on the cultural aspects of obesity in Hispanic children from urban areas. As the fastest growing minority in our nation, this ethnic group is also the highest at risk to become obese. Culturally relevant strategies will be suggested for addressing obesity for this specific ethnic group.
