Learning Basic Tai Chi Chuan Meditation in One Hour
This program focus on teaching 6-8 simplified forms of Tai Chi Chuan with emphasis on Tai Chi breathing techniques, relaxation skills, and Qi Gong moving meditation. It is easy and simple for those who don't have time to learn an entire form of Tai Chi Chuan. Through the practice, participants not only grasp the true principles of Tai Chi Chuan, but also learn how to perform these 6-8 basic Tai Chi Chuan forms with a reasonable time frame. At the end, participants will be able truly feel relaxed, energized, and released the stress.
