ACL Injury Research Update: What's New and What You Can Do |
The purpose of this presentation is to review those proposed factors and mechanisms associated with anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury among recreational and competitive female adolescent and intercollegiate athletes. In addition, methods of preventative exercise intervention and physical training will be discussed and introduced for those settings typically supervised by physical educators, coaches, and other allied health personnel. |
