Thrown to the Wolves, Eaten by the Sharks: A Survival Guide for Female Administrators |
When moving into administration, it is important to have an understanding of the roles and responsibilities that go along with the position. The purpose of this session is to share lessons learned when one moves from a faculty to an administrative position or from a coaching to an athletic administrative role. More specifically, the session will focus on concepts of leadership and followership utilizing a case study approach based on real-life scenarios. Additionally, suggestions for handling various situations will be provided. |
