Rags to Riches: Transforming Physical Education to Meet Today’s Challenges
This session will describe how one school district's elementary, middle and high school Physical Educators came together to write a standards based, articulated, K-12 curriculum. Discussion will focus on their efforts to modify instructional strategies, physical activities, after school programs, and integrate technology to combat the community's obesity and physical inactivity challenges.
