Coaching Character and Technology: A Case Study |
Integrating technology into coaching education provides innovative opportunities for students to explore both technology and current coaching issues in a creative manner. Teaching character development is especially important in today’s win-at-all-costs environment. This presentation introduces a teaching project that allows the learner to examine character development in athletes and coaches utilizing current technology. This hand-on session will identify potential barriers and demonstrate implementation with actual student projects. Practical strategies presented will be helpful to educators wishing to gain insight into creative student-centered lessons that implement technology into today’s classroom. |
