A well run Physical Education Majors’ (PEM) Club can play an important role in the professional development of a physical education major. This session, presented by student officers, will focus on components of a well run PEM Club, which includes: membership, involvement, instilling professionalism, fundraising, professional development opportunities, networking, public relations, mentorship, and organized meetings to provide a worthwhile experience for all members. These management tips will enhance the organization and maximize the resources available to foster a valuable piece of the students’ educational experience. |
