| The Seven Secrets of Successful Coaches: How to Unlock and Unleash Your Team's Full Potential |
| What distinguishes the great coaches from the rest of the crowd? What are the intangibles they possess that allow them to be consistently successful? This interactive and entertaining workshop is designed for coaches who are interested in developing and enhancing their leadership skills. Coaches who participate will be challenged to identify characteristics of highly effective coaches and to critically examine their coaching styles and philosophies. In addition, we will discuss ways to more effectively earn respect, enhance effectiveness, and build credibility with athletes. |
