This session will explore how functional fitness activities can be used to teach individuals about fitness concepts (e.g. components of fitness) and principles of development (e.g. FITT). In addition, through functional fitness activities, participates will learn to integrate their various muscle groups so they can safely and efficiently perform the movements required in their daily lives. |
