Values-Based Leaders in Education and Sport
Leaders get the job done and work well with people. Most importantly, leaders live according to values that provide the foundation upon which relationships and job completion are based. For values-based leaders, his or her behaviors are based on moral convictions that are lived consistently. This session will examine how leaders in education and sports can make principled decisions based on their values even when faced with challenges such as cheating and rule violations. Recommendations about how a values-based leader should act using a moral reasoning process will be provided.
