FAvrit Instant Activities |
This Instant Activity program requires NO EQUIPMENT to facilitate. Each activity should take 1 minute or less to explain and is all inclusive. This program will help create a varied physical education teaching experience because each class you teach can begin with a totally different activity. This helps with the spontaneity of your lesson. Each instant activity has an objective that you can debrief with your students to help meet those content standards. Activities focus on social and knowledge concepts as well as anaerobic and aerobic physical activities. This program is intended for all grade levels and all abilities. |
