COPEC Day: Moving and Grooving Through the Seasons: Activities for a Year Long Celebration
Make your school year seem to fly by when you celebrate each season and holiday with energizing, exciting and relevant physical/rhythmic activities. Open the school year with a “learn the rules” obstacle course, dance through Halloween, celebrate with the Pilgrims, and experience the 12 days of winter fitness. With these moving and grooving activities you will be able to continue your celebration with Valentine’s Day fitness, St. Patrick’s Day games and springtime festivities.
