Cardio and Strength Interval Ball Training
The large exercise ball is a fun and safe way to integrate a cardiopulmonary, strength and stretching program. The exercise ball interval training program incorporates cardio ball training between periods of muscular strength and endurance training on the ball. This form of training can be employed by all fitness levels and in any setting. The attendees will: 1. Understand the concept of an exercise ball interval training program. 2. Become familiar and perform the cardio movements and strength exercises with the ball. 3. Participate in an exercise ball interval training workout.
