Environmental Fitness Training
The environmental fitness training program is designed to improve overall fitness in the outdoors. Since the outdoors is the gym, the instructor must map out the route and determine how trees, fences, benches etc. may be utilized as a part of the workout. Attendees will: 1. Learn how to set up an environmental fitness workout route. 2. Understand the concept of an environmental fitness workout. 3. Become familiar and perform exercises that can be performed in the outdoors. 4. Participate in an environmental fitness workout. Meet at the information booth near conference registration.
