Spring roars into Chicago with Hubbard Street Dance Chicago’s 2005 engagement. Under the dynamic leadership of Artistic Director Jim Vincent, Hubbard Street Dance Chicago is one of the most innovative forces in contemporary dance. Recognized worldwide for its exuberant, athletic and eclectic repertory, HSDC incorporates diverse influences including contemporary dance, theatre, and cutting-edge choreography. The company of 21 virtuoso dancers performs works unparalleled in artistic excellence by American choreographers including Daniel Ezralow, William Forsythe, Lar Lubovitch, Susan Marshall, Trey McIntyre, Kevin O’Day and Jim Vincent; and international choreographers Christopher Bruce, Marguerite Donlon, Nacho Duato and Ohad Naharin.
