Exercise Physiology for Physical Education Teachers |
Traditional Exercise Physiology courses educate students on how the body responds to exercise at the cellular level. Many times the in-depthness of this information is not practical for Health and Physical Education teacher certification students. This session will review a more practical approach to understanding Exercise Physiology for this population. The discussion will then focus on how Health and Physical Education teachers can incorporate Exercise Physiology into their curriculum. |
