Cardio Tai-Chi for Self-Defense |
This workshop will focus on the multiple benefits of Tai-Chi, which is popular in the United States as a form of gentle exercise and stress reduction. By teaching faster movement drills and martial art applications, instructors can make Tai-Chi more challenging and interesting to a broader population. The purpose of this presentation is to introduce Cardio Tai-Chi for Self-Defense. This presentation will be of interest to individuals who promote health and fitness with participants of all ages in various settings. Participants are expected to actively participate in all exercises. The presentation will include lecture, discussion, demonstration, follow-me exercises, and handouts. |
