| The purpose of this presentation will be to share practical methods that physical education teachers can implement and utilize in order to assess the new physical education content standards. The presenters will focus on practical tools/activities that address standards standards 2, 3, 4 & 5. The intended audience is PreK-5 physical education teachers. In order to be aggressively savvy in today’s educational arena, teachers must have the knowledge and the tools that assist them in aligning their curriculum with the National and/or state standards and be able to conduct quality assessments that measure progress toward such standards. |
