Blast From the Past--Small Ball Bouncing/Tossing/Catching Skills |
Have you ever played “A My Name is Alice” or “One-two-three O’Leary?” Many children growing up in cities use to play these ball bouncing games that improved hand/eye coordination. These skills may be parlayed into better juggling and handball skills. During this session, we will learn a few of the “old timey” games done in Chicago during the 40’s and 50’s and practice
some juggling and possibly some handball skills. |
