| A Preliminary Analysis of Stage Categorization for the Underhand-Throw |
| The focus of this session is on the developmental progression of stages for the underhand-throw. The session provides a preliminary analysis as to how participants from elementary to high school age developmentally perform the underhand-throw. Identification of motor pattern characteristics across ages for the underhand-throw will be discussed in relationship to the overhand-throw. Implications for teaching the underhand-throw according to developmentally appropriate guidelines will also be addressed. |
