COPEC Day: Let's MOVE - Physical Education for the 21st Century |
The presentation will highlight all 6 of the National Standards. We will touch upon how each activity demonstrated relates to a particular standard and/or how it can be modified to accommodate more than one standard.
This workshop will demonstrate unique activity content using innovative instructional formats which are specifically designed to maximize learning, increase activity time, and keep students on task. The G.Y.M. Connections (Great Young Minds) activity extensions integrate social studies, language arts, math, science, nutrition, and cooperative social skills into all Let’s MOVE content. Assessment procedures and methods will be utilized which are designed to monitor and make certain that Let’s MOVE lessons are making learning happen!. |
