| This session explores the potential in developing tomorrow’s leaders through sport and physical education. Sport and physical education can provide coaches and teachers with opportunities to develop leadership skills in their athletes and students. A look at the past, present, and future practices will give attendees a broad overview that assists them in developing a plan for implementing a “leadership development plan” within their physical education or sport program. Guests of the session will be encouraged to share proven ideas with each other through a networking exercise. |
