B. Tai Chi as warm up and low level balance practice; general guidelines and routine
C. Flexibility enhancement to maintain and improve flexibility
D. Fall prevention issues; environmental and personal risk factors for falls
E. Balance; theory, testing and practice
F. Mobility and balance routine
G. Program leadership issues; exercise leader experience, facility and equipment needs, getting participant buy-in, issues of sustainability. |
