Innovative Training Principles of Coaching For Feedback-Based Sports Skills |
In the athletic arena there are many different types of sports events, each of which has its unique characteristics. For some sports teams, athletes may perform extremely well in practice, but not in competition. Many coaches wonder why athletes’ positive practice performance cannot be transferred to competition contexts. This presentation attempts to address the characteristics of feedback-based sports skills, provide the innovative and specific training methods, and elucidate the roles of coaches and practitioners for their sports skill training. |
