An Innovative Decision-Making Model for Sport Coaches and Educators |
This presentation will be beneficial to sport coaches and PE educators who seek to improve their efficiency and quality of choices in decision-making. An innovative decision making model will be introduced. The authors will demonstrate the model rationale and practicality by showing the example of its use in designing a practice plan in basketball. Coaches and educators should be able to comprehend how their responsibilities, strategies of choices, and leadership styles interact together to conclude effective decisions. This use of this model may help coaches and educators effective plan and carry out their managerial tasks. |
